A refreshing, tasty dip to be added to your salad, as accompaniments at a party or just something to go to as an anytime healthy snack. Can be stored in the fridge and will last up to 4 days.
- 1/2 grated cucumber
- 100g greek yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic (diced or crushed)
- the juice of a lemon
optional: mint leaves and a pinch of organic sea salt and or pepper
Mix all ingredients together and serve (squeeze the liquid from the cucumber with a clean towel).
