I am always making some version of these bites. You can experiment with flavours and add in superfoods to increase the nutrients, for example, Spirulina for increased mental and sports endurance, Maca for a boost in energy!
You can buy healthy bars/balls at a premium, however, making your own is so easy, less expensive and much more exciting. These are perfect for kids and a way to get them involved in making their own healthy snacks. To make them nut free you can swap for seed/cacao butter or miss out altogether and add a little more milk. You will need a good blender to make these, so enjoy experimenting and tasting!
