A lovely dip created from leftover cooked lentils. All you need is a blender. So easy to make, delicious and perfect to add to any meal or used as a dip with veggies. Lentils are high in protein and fibre, making this a nourishing and filling dish supporting a healthy gut microbiome.

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender and serve with a lovely plant based dish of roasted veggies, and also lovely stirred through wholemeal pasta. The dip will keep for 2-3 days stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
