A high fibre refreshing raspberry smoothie!
Raspberries are very high in dietary fibre and naturally low in sugar, making this a perfect drink to feed the gut microbiome for great health. The walnuts are a fantastic source of fibre, protein and omega 3 fatty acids, supporting great brain and heart health.
You can keep the recipe as it is, or take the antiinflammatory boosting properties even further by adding a wedge/squeeze of lemon, ginger/turmeric root, tbsp flaxseed, a wedge of cucumber/celery.

Ingredients
- 1 handful frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1 pinch Himalayan or sea salt
- 100 ml dairy free milk of choice

Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender cup, and blitz for a minute or so until smooth. Add a little water to make it easier to blend. Enjoy x
