Experimental vegan vanilla cake

I loved the taste of this cake but it is rather dense and the flavour is a little like shortbread.

If you are looking for an alternative to a cake that is nourishing for your body and goes lovely with the coconut cream and then here it is. You could also add cacao for a chocolatey taste.

Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients well in a bowl
  2. Grease a small cake tin with coconut oil
  3. Pour in the cake mixture
  4. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes – when golden brown turn off the oven and leave in for a further 5-10 minutes

As an alternative to the sugar you can blitz the coconut oil with 100g dates
