Cauliflower pizza crust

Cauliflower contains high levels of vitamin C and K which are both important in anti ageing (cells and skin). If this isn’t enough reason to eat more then here are more grounds for the revival of cauliflower in your diet.

Instructions
  1. Blend or grate the cauliflower into a bowl – cover with clingfilm and cook on a medium heat in the microwave for 2 minutes (steam).
  2. Use a clean towel to dab some of the moisture away from the steamed cauliflower
  3. Mix together all of the ingredients then shape into a pizza base onto baking paper within a baking tray
  4. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 5-8 minutes
  5. Add toppings then place back into the oven for approximately 10 minutes
