- 1 large banana preferaby frozen
- 1-2 tbsp nut butter
- 150-200 mls dairy free milk
- half medium avocado
- handful spinach
- 1 thumb size ginger root
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 pinch Himalayan or sea salt
- a few fresh mint leaves
