There is no limit to the flavour versions you can make with creamed coconut.
One serving could be a swap for one snack in any of the plans. (dairy, gluten and egg free)
- 200g Creamed coconut
- 200ml water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 banana
- 5 dates
- Serve with walnuts for added nutrients, flavour and crunch.

- 100g raspberries and 1- 2 tbsp organic honey

- poppy seeds and lemon zest
Just blitz all ingredients together in a blender/food processor then store in the freezer for two hours to set. take out to soften slightly then serve (6 portions) and enjoy or place in a fridge and use within 2 days.
