Wow, what a morning! We had such a fun at our Nourish Move Love Launch party on Saturday. Over twenty of us indulged in healthy snacks, learnt some simple ideas for making healthy eating choices, used a powerful and effective tool for balancing all areas of our lives and then danced some beautiful Nia moves to connect body, mind and soul.
Those who joined us said they felt energised, positive, happy, “chillaxed”, excited and that it was amazing. Our aim was to offer a taste of what to expect in our three-part programme launching on the 30th April. What is Nourish Move Love?
Nourish Move Love is a new three-part programme beginning at the end of April to help women find themselves and live the life they deserve.
Who is Nourish Move Love for?
Nourish Move Love is perfect for women who feel stuck, overwhelmed or in need of ways to connect to their heart and soul.
It is for anyone who wants to make lifestyle changes, but isn’t sure where to begin; anyone who is confused by conflicting advice on healthy eating and exercise; and for anyone who feels that they need help to discover their true self.

Anne Cosgrove (left), Nia Teacher, Ageless Grace Educator and Somatic Exercise Coach – promoting holistic fitness to help you move through life with Joy and Ease.
We share a passion for helping women find themselves and live the life they deserve and we’ve come together to offer these three transformational workshops, lovingly designed with all of our collective knowledge and desire for you to discover YOU!
What does the three-part programme cover?
Each session will include input from Kelly, Anne,and Sarah. Our intention is to help you connect to the real you – body, mind, spirit and emotions in a safe space where there will be plenty of mutual support. Each session will include time for reflection, a time for movement and help to make healthy choices. (See below for session content).
Lunch and refreshments will be prepared and/or provided at each session. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
Session 1: Understand your journey so far and accept yourself as you are!
Together we will gently peel away the layers to develop an awareness of what has shaped your lifestyle decision-making so far and prepare to rewrite your story.
Session 2: Learning to listen and identifying your energy drains
Understand your food cravings and life habits. Empower yourself to make healthy choices and simple changes for huge impact.
Session 3: Embrace your new story!
Set your intention to live consciously, listen to your body and connect to your heart and soul. How do you want to feel every day? Create images to correspond with this, and set clear intentions to help you with life right now.
