A refreshing, tasty dip to be added to your salad, as accompaniments at a party or just something to go to as an anytime healthy snack. It can be stored in the fridge and will last up to 4 days.

  • 1 ripe avocado (mash with a fork)
  • 1 or 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 inch of red chilli chopped finely
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • fresh coriander

Mix all of the ingredients and serve.
