A refreshing, tasty dip to be added to your salad, as accompaniments at a party or just something to go to as an anytime healthy snack. It can be stored in the fridge and will last up to 4 days.
- 1 ripe avocado (mash with a fork)
- 1 or 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 inch of red chilli chopped finely
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 red onion diced
- fresh coriander
Mix all of the ingredients and serve.
