Many of us use food and drink as numbing tools, and in this workshop we will help you start to address your cravings, and understand how to differentiate between emotional hunger and physical hunger. You will leave with practical strategies to implement straight away, and tips for eating mindfully. We want you to find a way of eating which is right for you, join us and begin to see a freedom and a love of food is within your reach, just take it.
