This is a mini plan to boost your immune system and kickstart the healing process. Boosting the immune system will improve skin and eye health, release toxins, increase energy levels and your resistance to infection amongst a whole host of other benefits.
Following the advice and instructions within this guide will help you boost your immunity within a day or two. I would not advise anyone to follow this plan for more than two days at a time (with at least 7 days rest in between) unless you have been advised otherwise by a doctor or health professional.
